During our lives we will experience trauma, hurt, frustration...  all sorts of unexpected storms. God, our loving Father, never promised that life will always be easy. As a matter of fact, in John 16 He tells us, "In the world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."  He might quickly calm the storm (or not)  and He might call us to walk on water (or not) — but what He does promise is that He will never leave us or forsake us.

As we lean into Him, He gives us peace, strength, wisdom, and the grace we need to keep moving forward. Through it all, He faithfully brings us to the other side.
